Fancy a picnic? No sooner said than done.
Set amongst the hills of Arezzo, the Buccia Nera winery will open its doors to you and welcome you into its pine forest, where you can enjoy a basket brimming with traditional Tuscan specialities and raise a glass of local wine.
A truly mouth-watering occasion – it doesn’t get any better than this!
What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at the Buccia Nera farm in Località Campriano, Arezzo (AR), set against the stunning backdrop of the Tuscan hills.
On arrival at the winery, you will be given a picnic basket containing local specialities such as cured meats, cheeses and vegetables from the garden, including a traditional first course such as panzanella or pappa al pomodoro, depending on the season, and a dessert.
The basket will also contain a tablecloth and compostable plates, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses for toasting with your companions. You’ll be provided with a 375 ml bottle per person ( or 750 ml per couple) to choose from the winery’s selection.
You can enjoy your picnic in the designated area in the middle of the pine forest, a shaded spot just a stone’s throw from the vineyard, where you can savour the tranquillity of the countryside.

The venue is accessible to people with mobility issues and wheelchair users ( there is no dedicated disabled toilet) .

The experience runs from April to October.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
