No more boring lunches! Give your routine a break with a picnic in the vineyard!
With this experience in the province of Trento, you can discover the winery Cantina Barone in Prato, in the Cembra Valley, and enjoy a delicious picnic overlooking the vineyards. Furthermore, if you wish, you can visit the ruins of the fascinating Segonzano Castle.
Many local delicacies, delicious wine and an unforgettable panorama await you!
What we will do
The appointment is at the Barone Winery in Prato a Segonzano (TN), in the setting of the splendid Cembra Valley. We will be welcomed by the organisers of the activity, who will introduce us to their historical reality and hand over everything we need for our food and wine adventure.
We will receive a picnic basket with plates, cutlery, napkins and glasses, as well as a waterproof blanket, all designed for a quality experience that respects the environment.
We will be free to walk towards the Segonzano Castle plateau, which we can reach in about five minutes. At that point, we will choose the perfect spot to spread out our blanket and relax, enjoying the view of the surrounding vineyards.
Having set up our corner of peace, we will enjoy a selection of cold meats and cheeses, bread and other local products, all accompanied by a bottle of wine for every 2 people (which we will be able to choose directly upon arrival) and water. The experience is designed to be enjoyed in total freedom: we can walk among the rows of vines along the Dürer path or simply relax while looking at the panorama.
Once the picnic is over, we will return to the cellar to return the basket.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total .

The experience is reserved for those over the age of 18.
In the event of bad weather, the experience may take place in the cellar or be rescheduled.
The experience is accessible to people in wheelchairs or with mobility problems.
Other information
The experience runs from March to October, from Monday to Saturday, and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.
Please note: a deposit of €40 in cash is required, which will be returned when the basket is returned undamaged. The basket must be returned no later than 20: 00.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
