Admit it: sometimes nothing is more stressful than a ‘relaxing’ afternoon on the sofa, watching yet another series for the umpteenth time.
It’s time to declare (peaceful) war on monotony: come and enjoy a vineyard picnic at Tenuta L’Impostino in Civitella Paganico: you can collect your basket packed with Maremma delicacies and then treat yourself to a relaxing stroll amongst the estate’s vineyards .
A unique experience to savour excellent local food and organic wines amidst the most authentic natural surroundings!
What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at Tenuta L'Impostino in Civitella Paganico (GR), set against the backdrop of the Tuscan Maremma.
You’ll be welcomed by the estate’s staff, who will hand you a picnic basket filled with all the local specialities and a handy tablecloth to sit on.
You can then set off on your own to explore the trail that winds its way through the estate’s organic vineyards. You’ll be free to stroll at your own pace amongst the rows of vines, listening to the sounds of nature and admiring the views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Along the way, you can stop whenever you like at the designated rest areas dotted along the route, or simply choose a picturesque spot right amongst the vines, where you can spread out your tablecloth on the ground and start your lunch.
The picnic basket includes a generous selection of dishes: a tasty pasta alla crudaiola, a vegetable omelette , local pecorino cheese and grilled vegetables . To round off your al fresco meal on a sweet note, you’ll also find fresh fruit and delicious traditional sweets.
Accompanying these Maremma delicacies will be one bottle of Maremma Toscana Rosso DOC red wine ( for every two people) .
The experience will last approximately 3 hours in total.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
