Have you ever heard of a 'merenda sinoira'? If the answer is no, get ready to discover your new (tasty) obsession!
We are waiting for you in Strevi, among the vineyards of Monferrato, for a typical Piedmontese snack to be enjoyed outdoors, accompanied by rosé sparkling wine from the Oddone Prati winery.
Spend two and a half hours in the company of your sweetheart or your group of friends, amidst the goodness of the food and the rows of vines as far as the eye can see, and conclude your adventure with a guided tour of the winery.
What we will do
We will meet at the Oddone Prati winery in Strevi (AL), 10 minutes before the indicated time.
On arrival, you and your group can collect the picnic boxes prepared for you and you will board a Land Rover off-road vehicle (open or closed) that will take you to the picnic location, set amidst the family vineyards in the beautiful Monferrato landscape.
Here you can set up your merenda sinoira, the traditional Piedmontese snack with products from the pits. In addition to the delicacies prepared by a local restaurant, inside you will also find a bottle of Oddone Prati rosé sparkling wine with which to toast (1 bottle for every 3-4 people) . A perfect experience to share with your friends or your sweetheart for a little romantic getaway!
After about an hour and a half, the jeep will come back to pick you up and take you back to the winery, where you will have a guided tour to discover the history of the Oddone Prati winery and the wine production processes.
The experience will last about 2½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for ages 18 and over, as wine is only available to adults. There is a reduced rate for children from 6 to 17 years of age .
The experience is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants. In order to ensure maximum comfort and to avoid the presence of insects in the vineyard, in certain periods the picnic may take place on the premises, after the visit to the vineyard.
When booking, you can indicate your preference for the picnic box between classic, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free; the gluten-free box is not suitable for people with coeliac disease, due to possible contamination.
Four-legged friends are welcome during the picnic, but are not allowed into the production area where the guided tour takes place.
The farm cannot be reached by public transport; free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
