If you love “Top Gun” but so far have only ever piloted a supermarket trolley, it’s time to get serious. In Cecina (LI) you can take to the runway and become a pilot for a day!
Alongside a flight instructor, you’ll take the controls of an aircraft fitted with dual controls. You’ll enjoy 45 minutes in the air, where the pure adrenaline of the manoeuvres will blend with the sheer wonder of looking down on the coastline from above.

What we will do
The meeting is at the time indicated at the meeting point in Cecina (LI) ( or the alternative airfield in San Vincenzo) . Here you will meet your flight instructor, who will be ready to welcome you and guide you step by step through a high-altitude adventure.
You’ll start with a theory session lasting around 30 minutes: you’ll learn the basics of flight, how the control surfaces work, the on-board instruments and the fundamentals of aerodynamics.
Once the briefing is over, you’ll board a two-seater Tecnam P92 training microlight equipped with dual controls. The instructor will handle the take-off and initial manoeuvres, before gradually handing the control stick over to you: for about half the flight, you’ll be piloting the aircraft yourself, learning how to execute turns and maintain altitude.
A further quarter of the time will be devoted to thrilling gravity games, during which you’ll experience accelerations of gravity and moments of microgravity guided by the instructor. Meanwhile, throughout the 45-minute flight, you’ll admire the Tyrrhenian coast and the Tuscan hills from a unique vantage point.
The instructor will take the controls again for a landing on the runway. Once back on the ground, you’ll receive your digital certificate of participation ( on request) to mark the experience. The activity will last approximately one and a half hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone aged 14 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied on site by a responsible adult. To take part, you must not be taller than 2 metres.
Due to the structural characteristics of the cabin, the experience is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. Participants must also be in good general health and have no cardiovascular conditions.

The activity can be booked all year round from 9. 30 am until sunset.
Please note! The flight is subject to favourable weather conditions: the pilot will contact you 48 hours in advance to confirm whether the activity will go ahead.
For groups of several participants ( up to a maximum of 8 people) , the theoretical briefing will be held as a group, whilst the flights will take place individually in turn.
Accompanying guests are welcome; whilst you are flying, they may remain on the airfield, where they will find a comfortable clubhouse in which to relax whilst they wait.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport; free parking is also available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
