Full description
Do you know why children enjoy flying aeroplanes? Because there is nothing that makes them feel as free and carefree as the idea of flying! If the idea is not enough for you, Modena is waiting for you to take a test flight in an ultralight aircraft!
Learn the basics of flying with the help of a professional pilot , then take the controls of the aircraft for 20 minutes flying over the Po Valley. Fun and adrenaline are guaranteed!
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in San Felice Sul Panaro (MO), where our pilot will be waiting for us. After an initial welcome, we will climb aboard theultralight, a two-seater Evektor Eurostar with dual controls, and follow a lesson lasting about 15 minutesduring which we will learn the notions necessary for driving the craft.
Having learned the basics, we will set off on our adventure. The pilot will take charge of the take-off phase and, once we have gained altitude, will leave us in charge, remaining at our side and helping us to steer the aircraft.
We will fly the ultralight over the Po Valley and the Po River and, if it is a nice day, we will see the Alps and the Apennines on the horizon. For about 20 minutes we will experience the thrill of flying while holding the controls just like real pilots: it will be an adrenaline-filled experience, made even more unique by theenchanting panorama.
At the end of the flight, our pilot will take us back and devote 10 minutes to a debriefing on the activity. Finally, he will hand us our well-deserved flight certificate!
The activity will last one hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 10 and up. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 may participate in the activity upon signing a release form from a responsible parent.
To participate in the activity, you must not exceed a maximumheight of 2 m and a maximum weight of 120 kg.

The activity is available all year round.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport and free parking spaces are available nearby.
The vehicle used during the activity is an Evektor Eurostar low-wing ultralight with dual controls and a maximum capacity of 2 people (including pilot).
