Choose a horse riding lesson in Castiglione Torinese to introduce children to the world of ponies and the animals at the stable: rabbits, hares, ducks, ornamental hens and horses. In the midst of nature, you will learn about an educational environment with full respect for animals and Pony Games.
Pony Games is an activity that teaches the basics of horse riding by playing with ponies, individually or as a team sport, training interpersonal skills, coordination, precision, control and much more.
The children will learn how to take care of the ponies and how to combine sporting activity with play and a passion for animals.
The class is aimed at children aged 5 and up, but also at those who want to make new and surprising friends.
What we will do
The appointment is at the riding school in Castiglione Torinese, a few kilometres from Turin. On your arrival, you will be welcomed by theinstructor who will introduce you to the ponies and animals on the facility, such as rabbits, ducks and ornamental hens.
If the children wish, they can help the instructor prepare the pony for the lesson, with brushing and finishing, arriving at the stable about 20 minutes in advance.
Once on the field, the children will mount the saddle for exercises and games with the ponies. While having fun, they will not only train their skills of coordination, control and precision, but also enter into a relationship with the animal.
The lesson will last approximately one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The Pony Games activity is aimed at children and young people aged 5 and up. However, children as young as three to four years old can also take part by doing a little pony ride, possibly getting to know the bunnies. In this case, please let the instructor know after the booking confirmation.
Previous horse/pony ridingexperience is not required.
Other information
The activity is available all year round, every day except Thursday (closing day). Lessons are also held in the rain, thanks to the covered field.
