Flying in a hang glider is an emotion that you can only relate to if you experience it for yourself.
The powered hang glider combines the flying characteristics of a traditional hang glider, but with the freedom of a small plane! In this way, you can fly without the need for wind and take off from a hill.
Imagine looking down on the majestic beech forest of Mount Cimino and seeing Lake Vico in the distance. It will only take a few minutes to let yourself go and enjoy an amazing panorama in the company of an experienced pilot who will make you feel safe at all times.

What we will do
The meeting with the pilot is right where you will take off, in Soriano del Cimino, in the province of Viterbo. The experience will begin with a briefing in which you will be given all the instructions for experiencing the flight at its best and in safety.
You will also be shown how the powered hang glider works, a type of hang glider to which an engine and a propeller have been added. This, unlike the classic hang glider, allows the pilot to take off from flat ground and fly without the need for wind or a hill to launch from.
Once prepared and harnessed, it's just you and him ready to take off!
As you ascend, you will be able to admire Mount Cimino with its majestic beech forest and on clear days catch a glimpse of Lake Vico. The flight will last about 30 to 40 minutes and you will really have plenty of time to enjoy this corner of the world from above.
The descent to the landing strip will be smooth and pleasant thanks to the pilot's experience.
The activity lasts about an hour in all.
Who it is aimed at
It is an activity that is suitable for everyone and can be enjoyed from the age of 10, but children under the age of 18 can only take off with a release form signed by a parent.
The maximum weight allowed is 100 kg and the maximum height is 2 m.
The activity can also be carried out by persons with motor disabilities.

The experience takes place all year round, subject to weather and wind conditions at the pilot's discretion. The timetable and duration may vary depending on weather and wind conditions.
Important: hang-gliding is an activity that is strongly influenced by the weather. You will receive confirmation of the flight feasibility and meeting time from the pilot the evening before the flight date.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport, but there is free parking on site.
