A rubber dinghy (and a skipper) all to yourself: or rather, for you and your ‘crew’!
Set sail from Avola and set off to discover the wonders of south-eastern Sicily on this 4½-hour private tour. Taking in stunning beaches , nature reserves and seaside villages, you can tailor your itinerary to suit, all the way to the island of Capo Passero.
Before heading back, though, an amazing aperitif awaits you: prosecco, to raise a toast together, and authentic Sicilian specialities!
What we will do
Please arrive 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Avola (SR). The skipper will be there to welcome you and accompany you on your private rubber dinghy excursion.
Depending on your preferences, you can tailor the stops along the route or leave it to the skipper to take you on a journey of discovery to the most picturesque spots along the south-eastern coast of Sicily.
For example, you won’t want to miss stops for a swim at the stunning Calamosche beach, or at the Vendicari Nature Reserve, which is perfect for enjoying a spot of snorkelling with the equipment provided on board (mask and snorkel) .
Another unmissable spot is the fishing village of Marzamemi, famous for its ancient tuna trap. Finally, the last stop will be the island of Capo Passero, renowned as the point where the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea meet .
Your time on board will be enhanced by a delicious aperitif featuring typical local produce and a glass of Prosecco to toast the occasion.
You will then return to the starting point. The excursion will last a total of approximately 4½ hours .

This experience is reserved for private groups wishing to sail on a dinghy for their exclusive use.
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions; those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board.

The tour runs from May to October. The route and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
When booking, you can choose the boat that best suits your needs from the following options:

Both inflatable boats are equipped with sunbathing areas, an awning and a boarding ladder.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
