Full description
When relaxation calls, a day on a sailing boat is the perfect answer. Even more so if the setting is the enchanted Lake Iseo!
Set sail aboard the historic sailing boat Nessa, resembling a pirate vessel, and let it take you on a voyage of discovery to the most beautiful stops on the lake, such as MonteIsola, theisland of San Paolo, Baia del Bogn and Riva di Solto.
A friendly skipper and an aperitif with wine and local delicacies will be the crowning glory of a simply wonderful day!
What we will do
You’ll meet 10 minutes before the agreed time at the meeting point in Iseo (BS). Here you’ll meet the skipper, who will be entirely at the disposal of your group of up to 8 people. On board Nessa, a historic two-masted sailing boat, you’ll have the chance to explore the lake in complete freedom and tailor the itinerary to your preferences, deciding on the best route together with the skipper.
Some of the stops that will make your sailing trip on Lake Iseo special include Monte Isola, Europe’s largest lake island, the island of Loreto and the island of San Paolo, a little private gem. If you wish, you’ll also have the chance to go ashore on Monte Isola and stroll through its narrow streets.
You can also sail south towards the Torbiere Nature Reserve, an area of great natural beauty, or north, where the unusual and almost exotic views of Bogn Bay, the Riva di Solto waterfall and the mouth of the River Oglio await you.
During the cruise, you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the scenery with your fellow adventurers, but if you fancy taking the helm, the skipper will be happy to teach you a few sailing tricks. In the warmer months, you can also stop for a quick dip straight from the boat.
Around midday, an aperitif will be served featuring tasty local specialities, such as mini pizzas, cold cuts, cheeses and fresh fruit, and to raise a glass, a bottle of wine for every four people.
At the end of the excursion, you’ll return to the starting point. The activity will last a total of 7½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Other information
The activity is available all year round and is reserved for private groups of up to 8 participants.
Depending on the boarding point, weather conditions and wind, the skipper will recommend the best sailing route, which can be tailored to customers’ requests.
Nessa is a historic twin-masted sailing boat built in 1975, made entirely of wood and measuring 10 metres in length. The boat features a central cockpit, a sun deck at the bow, a saloon with a galley, an aft master cabin with en-suite bathroom, an outdoor shower, a minibar, safety equipment and toilet facilities. Dogs are permitted on board.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organisers using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email. You may bring your own food and drink on board, with the exception of red wine, which could damage the wooden parts of the boat.
