You will find it by taking part in our wellness experience in the province of Piacenza: the package includes exclusive access to the spa, consisting of a whirlpool bath, sauna, Turkish bath and other treatments. All in the scenic setting of the ancient village of Rivalta, in the shadow of the castle of the same name.
A 2-hour experience, to take a (very relaxing) trip back in time!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Rivalta, in the municipality of Gazzola (PC) . The experience takes place in a hotel with spa, in the scenic setting of an ancient fortified village.
On arrival you will be accompanied to the changing room. Changed for the occasion, you will then have access to the private spa:
- Up to 2 participants: The spa consists of a two-person whirlpool bath, sauna, Turkish bath and loungers for relaxation; with dried fruit and herbal teas available.
- Up to 8 participants: The spa consists of a hot tub, sauna, steam bath, colour showers, salt room and loungers for relaxation; with dried fruit and herbal teas provided. Compared to the option for up to 2 participants, the room is larger.
The experience lasts a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children from 3 years of age; children from 3 to 13 years of age are not allowed in the sauna and steam bath. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The experience is suitable for pregnant women except in the sauna and steam bath. Please consult your doctor.
The experience is not accessible to persons with mobility disabilities.

Attention! The 'up to 8 participants' option can still be purchased by a couple of only 2 participants. The rooms differ in size and treatment.
The experience takes place all year round.
A changing room with toilet, shower, toiletries, hairdryer and lockers is available on site.
Dogs are not allowed. A dogsitting service is available for a fee: please contact the hotel at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail for more information.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
