Toasting a glass of wine under a 'starry sky' all to yourself!
That's exactly what awaits you at theAzienda Vitivinicola Pietro Cassina: the owner-architect has created a cosy tasting room, whose ceiling is illuminated by a series of lights reminiscent of poetic stars. An exclusive location, reserved for you and your special guests, in which to taste wines and typical local products.

What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at theAzienda Vitivinicola Pietro Cassina in Lessona (BI). You will be welcomed by your guide, ready to accompany you and your group on a discovery of this surprising Biellese reality!
The experience will begin outside with a panoramic view of the vineyard: in this setting, the guide will tell you about the history of the company as well as the particular territory, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will continue inside with a visit to the winery, exclusively for you: you will walk among the steel vats, delving into the winemaking process, and then reach the scenic barrel cellar where fermentation takes place. The exterior and interior visit will last approximately 45 minutes.
The tour will then lead you to a waterfall, an innovative idea of the owner-architect to preserve the humidity of the cellar, which will anticipate the entrance to the tasting room. The latter is nicknamed the'starry room': the ceiling is in fact illuminated by a series of lights reminiscent of the most poetic stars, under which you can toast with your special someone! The guide will serve and describe 5 glasses, including two glasses of Lessona, which is the most representative wine of the winery and the territory; everything will be accompanied by a mixed platter of typical products, such as the Biellese paletta and other delicacies.
The exclusive experience will last about one and a half hours in total.

The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Underage participants and paying non-members will be served a board of typical products accompanied by water or a non-alcoholic drink: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to communicate your non-alcoholic preference. Children up to 10 years of age attend free of charge.
The facility is wheelchair and/or pushchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round and is reserved for private groups of a minimum of 2 participants.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
