This private lesson is suitable for beginners and experts alike: the exercises and topics covered will be adapted to your level and theinstructor will guide you through the practice.

What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Canazei (TN), where our yoga and meditation instructor will be waiting for us. After an initial welcoming moment, we will begin our private lesson.
Yoga is the art of feeling good about oneself, because in an agile and healthy body one feels more comfortable and vital. Through dynamic movements and targeted postures, our body develops agility and flexibility and the mind will enter a state of calm to access a deeper level.
Depending on our level and needs we will practise some of the techniques of:
- Integral yoga
- Yoga Nidra (relaxation)
- Breathing and awareness practices through the breath
- Techniques for developing attention
- Management and understanding of how emotions and thoughts work
- ATB, awakening through the body.
The activity will last 1 hour in total.

The activity is suitable from 12 years of age.
Other information
The activity is available all year round, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Depending on the season and weather conditions, the lesson will be held indoors or outdoors.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport and there is ample parking space nearby.
At the instructor's discretion, the meeting point could be moved to Mazzin (TN), 10 minutes away from Canazei. In this case, the instructor will inform you in good time.
Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the activity.
