Set off on a quad bike tour to Fagnano Castello, in the province of Cosenza, and discover the most authentic face of Calabria amidst forests, off-road trails and spectacular views!
Accompanied by a guide , you will cross centuries-old chestnut groves, crystal-clear streams and hills surrounded by nature.
During the hike you will reach Pietra Mazzancolle, a natural balcony with a view of the Pollino, Sila and Piana di Sibari. A 2-hour experience completely off-road, ideal for those seeking adventure and freedom!
What we will do
The appointment is at the indicated time at the meeting point in Fagnano Castello (CS) . We will be welcomed by our guide, who will accompany us throughout the quad bike excursion!
Before departure, we will fill out a short safety form and participate in an introductory briefing on the operation of the quads and the route. For first-time riders, there will also be small practical tests on the vehicles before starting the tour.
Once we've donned our helmets, we'll set off directly from the estate to immerse ourselves in the off-road trails that run through the unspoilt nature of northern Calabria .
We will ride through centuries-old chestnut forests, cross crystal-clear streams, and ascend hilly paths surrounded by spectacular views. Along the way we will be able to observe the local flora and, with a bit of luck, spot animals such as hares, foxes and deer.
We will reach Pietra Mazzancolle, a majestic rock formation from which we will admire a 360 degree panoramic view of the Pollino massif, Sila and the Sibari Plain. Here we will make a stop to relax and take photographs.
At the end of the excursion we will return to the estate. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and have a B licence. New drivers and holders of a valid foreign driving licence may also participate.
The passenger must be at least 6 years old.
The experience is of an easy level and is also suitable for a first time quad rider.
Other information
The excursion is available from June to September every day and from October to May on Saturdays and Sundays.
During the tour, driver and passenger may not swap driving.
The organiser has 5 quads available that can carry 1 driver + 1 passenger for a maximum total of 10 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
