One-day quad bike tour on Monte Grappa

Do you too think that reaching the top of a mountain is aunique emotion? Then come to Romano d'Ezzelino and climb the slopes of Monte Grappa on a quad bike!

Devote thewhole day to an unmissable excursion that will lead you to the discovery of wonderful landscapes, local products, and places steeped in history such as the Monte Grappa Military Memorial.

The loop route will take you up to an altitude of 1,800 metres and, once at the top, you will be rewarded with a panorama that will thrill you!

What we will do

We will meet 30 minutes before 10 a.m. at the meeting point in Romano d'Ezzelino (VI), where our guide will be waiting for us. Before venturing out to discover the Vicenza hills, we will have a briefing of about 15 minutes during which we will familiarise ourselves with the quad bike during a few test rid es in a square.

Ready for the start, we will leave the town behind to immerse ourselves in the nature of the Vicenza hills. We will climb progressively up the slopes of Monte Grappa, until we reach an altitude of 1,800 metres. It will be a real journey of discovery of local history: the last stop will be the Military Memorial, interesting for its particular architecture. Its view, together with that of the surrounding nature, will thrill us!

During the route, which will alternate paved and unpaved stretches, we will make several stops to explore some malghe (shepherd's huts ) where it will be possible to taste local cheeses (optional and not included).

Halfway through the hike, we will take a break to recharge our batteries with a packed lunch (to be brought from home) or a farmhouse lunch (optional and not included), according to our preferences. Once refreshed, we will return to the saddle of our quads and conclude the loop tour by reaching the starting point.

The quad bikeexcursion will last 6 ½ hours; the total experience will last 6 hours and 45 minutes.

Who it is aimed at

The driver must be at least 18 years oldand hold a B licence or an equivalent international driving licence valid in Italy. The passenger must be at least 8 years old.

This experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first ATV excursion; a minimum of strength is required to handle the ATV.

Other information

The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed when the minimum number of 4 booked quads is reached.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

The duration of the excursion may vary depending on the number and experience of the participants. The driver and passenger, if both hold a B licence or foreign equivalent, can swap driving halfway through the tour.
