Dust on clothes? Yes, please! Strap on your helmet and get ready to get serious. .. on a quad bike!
The only guided tour on four wheels that leaves directly from Baunei awaits you. In four adrenalin-fuelled hours and crazy views, you will tame wild trails together with a local guide to conquer the beautiful beach of Cala Sisine!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the time indicated at the meeting point in Baunei (OG). Our guide will be there to welcome us and accompany us on our quad bike excursion!
We’ll start with a briefing of about half an hour to learn how to ride the quad bikes safely, after which we’ll be ready to set off. We’ll then embark on our adventure, tackling a 55 km circular route, 70 per cent of which is on dirt tracks and 30 per cent on tarmac.
We’ll head up towards the Golgo Plateau, where we’ll make a few stops to admire the 17th-century Church of San Pietro and the spectacular Su Sterru Gorge, Europe’s deepest single-drop chasm with a vertical drop of 270 metres.
We’ll then drive our vehicles along the bed of the spectacular Codula de Sisine, a majestic natural canyon that will lead us to the village of Planu ’e Murta. There, we’ll switch off our engines and continue on foot for a pleasant walk of about 5 minutes.
This will take us to the magnificent beach of Cala Sisine, an ancient natural landing place used since prehistoric times. In this idyllic setting, we’ll stop for about an hour: we’ll have plenty of time to enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear sea, relax on the shore or take a break at the on-site bar and restaurant, before getting back on the quads and returning to Baunei.
The activity will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and have a B licence.
The passenger must be at least 8 years old; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.
Other information
The excursion is available from March to November.
During the tour, driver and passenger may swap driving, provided they both meet the requirements. This must be communicated in advance, as the guide will have to supervise the changeover.
The organiser has 4 quads available that can carry 1 driver and 1 passenger, for a total of 8 participants.
At the end of the experience, the use of a changing room with shower is available on request at an optional cost of €5 per person.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
