Nature and motors, two passions that combine in our quad bike tour!
A 2-hour experience in the company of a local guide, who will accompany you on this four-wheeled adventure: you will speed through the mountains of Monteforte Irpino off-road , until you reach the Castle of San Martino.
Once you have experienced the thrill of driving a quad bike, you will want to explore all ofIrpinia!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Monteforte Irpino (AV). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this four-wheeled adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, the quad bikes will be handed over. There will then be a short briefing of about 10 minutes during which we will be explained how to ride them, how to behave on board, and what we might encounter along the way. Once we are in the saddle and have started the engine, we will venture out into the surroundings for a first approach to off-road driving.
Once we are familiar with the vehicle, we will climb up the slopes of the Irpinia mountains , taking the best route according to the experience level of the group. Generally, the route takes us past a scenic biodynamic vegetable garden to the San Martino Castle, with panoramic views of the Partenio Mountains and Mount Pizzone.
We will then return to the meeting point, after having covered approximately 5 km. The quad bike experience will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes; the total experience will last approximately 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold an A, A1 or B driving licence.
The passenger must be at least 4 years old.
The excursion is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round except August and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 3 booked quads.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
The price is per quad; each quad can carry 1 driver or 1 driver and 1 passenger (2 persons), the organiser has 6 two-seater quads for a maximum of 12 participants.
Attention! Fuel is excluded and must be paid on site at a cost of €10.00 per quad.
In the event of bad weather, it is possible to request a rain suit at a cost of €10.00 per person to be paid on site.
On site there is an affiliated farmhouse offering a set menu including starter, first course, main course, side dish and water at a cost of €25.00 per person; vegetarian and vegan options are available on request, while options for allergies and/or food intolerances are not available. What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
