Do you see them too? Yes, those are indeed the Aeolian Islands on the horizon!
And they're not the only attraction you'll be able to spot from the panoramic viewpoint of Torre Marrana, which you'll reach by speeding along country roads. This is what awaits you by taking part in our quad bike excursion, in the surprising territory between Capo Vaticano and Ricadi.
A1-hour experience, at the end of which you won't want to pull the brake anymore!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Capo Vaticano (VV). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this adventure on four wheels!
Once all the participants have gathered, a briefing will take place during which the guide will explain how to drive the quad bike and provide all the useful information for the experience.
With our hand ready to press the accelerator, we will set off on our quad bike excursion: we will embark on a route over mixed terrain, asphalt and dirt, in and around the Capo Vaticano countryside. We will initially reach a vantage point where the Capo Vaticano and Joppolo coasts meet, for a photo stop. We will then climb Mount Poro to the village of Coccorino, before venturing onto the dirt tracks of the Ricadi countryside that will lead us to the Marrana Tower. Another photo stop to enjoy the panoramic view that sweeps from the hills of Brattirò to the Aeolian Islands!
We will finally return to the meeting point, travelling along further scenic roads for about 15/20 km in total. The experience will last a total of 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold an A or B licence; foreign licences are permitted. The passenger must be at least 12 years old.
A maximum weight of 150 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.
There are no overhangs along the route that could disturb those suffering from vertigo.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to September.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
The excursion may also take place in bad weather at the guide's discretion.
Driver and passenger, if both have an A or B licence, can swap driving during the excursion.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
