Experience Lake Maggiore from the gritty perspective of the quad bike, the ideal vehicle for experiencing the thrill of off-road driving. What makes this off-road route even more exciting is the darkness of the evening hours!
The lake landscapes will appear even more evocative during this night-time excursion, and the silence of the night will be broken only by the roar of the engines.
If you are a lover of driving andadventure, get ready to hop on the quad bike and enjoy a truly roaring experience!
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Sesto Calende (VA). We will be welcomed by the guides and, first, we will have a briefing on the activity and the use of the quad bikes. We will have time to try out the driving and controls and get familiar with the vehicle before setting off.
We will be riding on 330cc Polaris Trail Boss quads equipped with automatic gearboxes and handlebar brakes, which are very easy to drive and also suitable for beginners.
The route we will take will be 90% on dirt road, the ideal condition to get the best performance from a vehicle like the quad. We will go into the woods near the lake, illuminated only by the headlights of our quads, and we will experience dynamic and fun driving, made even more adventurous by the darkness of the night!
The route is about 20 km long. Halfway along, passengers will be able to swap places with the drivers and take control of the quad bike. The activity lasts 1.5 hours in total, including 1 hour of actual driving.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of medium level and is open to anyone with a B licence, even if it is their first experience on a quad bike. The age limit for passengers is 8 years. The total weight of the crew on the quad bike must not exceed 160 kg.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to October with different departure times depending on the season and is confirmed on reaching at least 3 booked quads.
When booking, you can choose between"Single Quad" for 1 driver or"Two-seater Quad" for 1 driver and 1 passenger. Drivers and passengers can swap driving if both have a B licence.
There are 7 quads available for a total of 14 participants. For large groups requiring more than 7 quads, please contact us in private to receive an ad hoc offer.
