Quad tour to Lake Biccari in the province of Foggia and toast

Experience aquad bike adventure through forests, lakes and spectacular views!

Set off from Foggia for a guided tour that will take you to Lake Biccari and the summit of Monte Cornacchia, the highest point in Puglia. There a scenic stop with a prosecco toast at the famous giant bench awaits you.

A 3½-hour experience, perfect even if it is your first time on a quad bike!

What we will do

The appointment is 40 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Foggia (FG).

We will be welcomed by our guides, who will accompany us for the duration of the tour. After a briefing of about 10 minutes, during which the driving and safety rules to be followed will be explained to us, we will begin the adventure!

We will then head towards Lake Biccari, an evocative natural body of water surrounded by the quietness of the Monti Dauni. The guide will tell us some interesting facts about this place before a short stop to admire its beauty. We will then set off in the direction of the centre of Biccari, where, if we wish, we can stop for a coffee.

From there we will enter the heart of the Bosco di Biccari, where the deep green and unspoilt nature will be the backdrop to our adventure. We will climb up to Mount Cornacchia, reaching an altitude of 1,000 metres: from here there is an exceptional panorama of the entire Tavoliere delle Puglie.

We will finally reach the spectacular giant bench, located in one of the most beautiful vantage points in the area. Here we will stop for 20 minutes, time to take a few photos, enjoy the view and toast with a glass of prosecco (included).

The return journey will follow an equally evocative route with a stop in Troia, where we can buy something at the bar if we wish. The route, 30% of which will be on dirt road and 70% on asphalt, will take about two hours, while the total duration of the activity will be three and a half hours.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 6. To ride the quad bike , you must be at least 18 years old and have a B licence.

The experience is of an easy level and also suitable for first-time quad riders.

The maximum weight allowed per quad bike is 250 kg. The activity is not suitable for people with motor disabilities or pregnant women.

Other information

The excursion is available from April to October and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 5 quads.

During the tour, driver and passenger can swap driving, provided they both meet the requirements.

The organiser has 10 two-seater quads available, for a maximum of 20 participants. The price is per quad: when booking, you can select the option 'single quad' (for 1 driver) or 'two-seater quad' (for 1 driver + 1 passenger).

There is free, secure parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
