How? By quad bike, taking part in our excursion to Melendugno: venture with a guide through the countryside and pine forest to the natural spectacle of the Faraglioni di Sant'Andrea.
An experience on four wheels lasting 45 minutes, whizzing through the 'Jentu'!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Melendugno (LE). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this four-wheeled adventure!
Once all the participants have gathered, we will be given theequipment; an explanation of how to drive the quad bike will follow, and we will be given all the information we need to carry out the experience.
When we turn on the engine and press the accelerator, the adventure will begin: we will speed through the countryside and pine forests characterised by Mediterranean scrub until we reach the Faraglioni di Sant'Andrea. It is here that a photo stop is planned, to contemplate this spectacle of nature and the Salento! The itinerary is on mixed terrain and includes a few safe asphalt crossings.
After covering about 10 km, we will return to the meeting point. The quad bike excursion will last 45 minutes; the total experience will last 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 16 years old and hold an A1 licence; in this case, he may not carry a passenger. A driver who is at least 18 years of age and holds a B licence may carry a passenger.
The passenger must be at least 8 years old.
A maximum weight of 140 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first quad bike excursion.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theitinerary and duration of the activity are variable depending on weather conditions, number, experience and speed of participants at the guide's discretion.
Any accompanying persons not taking part in the experience can stay at the facility where there is a children's play area. Dogs on a leash are allowed at the facility but it is necessary to contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their presence.
