Discover the wonders of the Ausoni Mountains and Lake Fondi with an exciting quad bike tour, taking the opportunity to visit this unspoilt area, off the beaten track.
The Regional Natural Park of the Ausoni Mountains and Lake Fondi is a vast area that includes attractions of great natural, geological, historical and cultural value. These include the Campo Soriano Natural Monument, a few kilometres from Terracina and Sonnino, a karstic plateau of rare scenic beauty.

What we will do
The meeting place is in Terracina at the time selected during the booking process. Before embarking on the excursion, I will hold a briefing to explain how to drive the quad bike safely and give you a test drive in an area close to the starting point.
Once this first phase is over, we will set off towards the Campo Soriano Natural Monument. In an exciting route of about 50 km, I will immerse you in the beautiful scenery of the Regional Natural Park of Monti Ausoni and Lago di Fondi, characterised by unique natural wonders. For example, we will stop to admire an enormous boulder where a dinosaurfootprint was found!
Arriving in the locality of Tre Pozzi, we will stop for an appetising tasting of typical products such as sausage, olives, cheese and wine.
Once the break is over, we will resume the journey and, if you wish, you can also swap places with a passenger. We will then continue to the most beautiful and panoramic part of the tour until we reach the summit, at an altitude of 700 metres. Here you will enjoy an incredible view of the mountains, superb views of Lake Fondi and the Tyrrhenian coast. Weather permitting, you may even spot Vesuvius and the Pontine Islands!
The entire route will be on traffic-free mountain roads and dirt roads, which will give you the thrill of riding a quad bike.
The tour lasts a total of three and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is open to everyone. The minimum age to participate is 4 years for passengers and 16 years for drivers.
A B driving licence is required for drivers over the age of 18 (foreign licences are also accepted), while a B1 driving licence is required for 16-year-olds.
Other information
The quad bike tour is available all year round, every day, weather permitting.
Thefee of 100€ is per quad bike, on which one driver and one passenger can ride. A total of five quads are available , with a total of 10 participants.
The fee does not include the membership fee to be paid on site, which is €10 per person.
At the starting point there are toilets and a large open-air area where you can stop for a picnic. It is possible to request a barbecue to organise a barbecue on site. Food and drinks are not included and must be brought from home.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
