If you love nature and adventure, you cannot miss the half-day quad bike tour in the Monti Picentini Park.
On board a nippy four-wheeler, you will visit the natural beauty of this oasis behind the Amalfi Coast. You will cross endless valleys and wooded areas along a route of around 20 km and reach vantage points from where you can enjoy breathtaking views.
At the end of this fantastic tour, there will be a meat barbecue with water and wine. What are you waiting for to get on board?
What we will do
The appointment is in Bagnoli Irpino, in the province of Avellino. We will be welcomed by an expert guide who will explain to us, in a short briefing, how the quad bike works and the rules to follow for safe driving.
Afterwards, we will board the four-wheel vehicle and set off on the actual excursion. We will explore the Monti Picentini Park, a park rich in biodiversity and wildlife. We will enjoy driving between asphalt and dirt tracks in the company of our guide, who will lead the way.
We will cross three incredible valleys and wooded stretches with pines, conifers and firs until we reach some panoramic viewpoints, where we will be able to admire the entire plain from a privileged position. We will also see Laceno Lake, located in the centre of the small plateau. If we are lucky, we may also encounter foxes, eagles, hares and wild boars along the way.
We will cover a total of 20 km before returning to the starting point, where a fantastic barbecue with typical antipasto, bruschette, trio of meats, water and wine will be waiting for us. The activity lasts a total of 4 hours and includes a briefing, a 1-hour quad bike tour, stops and a final barbecue.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 14 years old and hold an AM or B licence; equivalent foreign licences are accepted. The passenger must be at least 2 years old.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October.
The price is per quad: the "single quad" option includes vehicle and barbecue for 1 driver, while the "double quad" option includes vehicle and barbecue for 1 driver and 1 passenger (2 persons) . During the excursion, driver and passenger can swap driving if both have an AM or B licence.
The organiser has 6 quads of 50 cc or 150 cc at its disposal; with an AM licence it is possible to drive 50 cc vehicles while with a B licence it is possible to drive 150 cc vehicles.
On site there is an outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs where the barbecue included in the fee will be enjoyed.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
