Want to discover a wonderful corner of Sicily? With this one-hour quad bike tour in the UNESCO World Geopark of the Madonie you will enjoy exploring a unique landscape!
Set off from the Gole di Tiberio, a small natural canyon near Cefalù, and move along dirt and paved roads. During theadventurous 20 km route you can admire the beautiful natural surroundings.

What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in San Mauro Castelverde, in the province of Palermo, about 20 minutes' drive from Cefalù.
We will have an initial briefing to learn how to drive the quad bike and take a test ride under the guidance of theinstructor. At this point we will get to the heart of the experience, starting from the Gole di Tiberio.
We will drive along the ancient trazzere delle Madonie, ancient roads that cross the fields and were once used for the passage of herds. We will enjoy driving through cork forests and Manna trees, from which the famous sweet substance is extracted.
Along the 20 km route (mixed asphalt and dirt road) we will be able to admire a wonderful view of the Madonie Park, which is included in the UNESCO network and protects a very rare and precious natural heritage.
We will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the sea on the horizon and, depending on the route we choose and the altitude we reach, we will also be able to catch a glimpse of the Aeolian Islands.
After about an hour we will return to our starting point.
Who it is aimed at
To drive the quad bike , you must be over 18 years of age and hold a B licence (foreign licences are also accepted). A minimum age of 3 years is required for passengers.
The maximum total weight supported by the quad bike is 200 kg.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant people.
Other information
The excursion is available all year round and can take place in almost all weather conditions, even in light rain.
Five quads are available, with a maximum total of 10 participants. There is the possibility of swapping driving if the driver and passenger meet the requirements.
A transfer from Cefalù can be requested at an extra charge starting from 20€ per person to reach the starting point of the tour, carried out with a 7-seater off-road vehicle.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
