Experience nature with an extra gear and hop aboard a quad bike to explore Ribera's hinterland, climbing Mount Sara to breathe in the clean air amidst the pine and eucalyptus forest.
Have fun driving the quad bike through dirt tracks, fields, woods, and scenic plateaus for a carefree and thrilling half-day outing!
An expert guide will take you to the wildest places in the area, letting you savour all the charm of the Agrigento region.
What we will do
We will meet in Ribera, in the province of Agrigento. The guide will welcome us, handing over the quads andequipment and holding an introductory briefing on the use of the vehicles and safety rules. We will then depart from the historic centre of Ribera to reach the countryside and wilder areas in the surroundings.
We will travel through wooded areas, dirt tracks and vegetation-covered fields until we reach Monte Sara, agreen area characterised by the presence of countless plant species, including the native dwarf palm. Here we can relax in the shade of the dense pine and eucalyptus forest.
After that, we will reach a promontory that offers a splendid view of the coast and the valley furrowed by the Platani and Magazzolo rivers. The last part of the tour will take us back into the midst of nature among fields and forests, ending with the return to the base.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to anyone with an A or B licence. You can drive from the age of 16, while the minimum age to ride the quad bike as a passenger is 5.
Other information
This activity can be carried out from March to November, subject to weather conditions and guide availability.
Important: the fee is per quad. One driver and one passenger can travel on each quad bike (with the possibility of swapping driving during the excursion). The centre has 9 quads for a total of 18 participants.
On request, a different departure time can be arranged with the guide.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
