Take a quad bike tour among the centuries-old olive trees of Monopoli and discover the heart of Apulia by immersing yourself in the Mediterranean nature and its intense scents and colours.
Together with an expert guide, you will explore the surroundings of the Apulian town among the countryside, olive groves and nature trails where you will find an authentic contact with the environment and the traditions of this sunny land.
What we will do
The rendezvous is in Monopoli (BA), where we will meet the guide who will assign us the quads and conduct an introductory briefing on the route and safety rules. A small driving test to get familiar with the vehicle and we will be ready to set off on our excursion.
The guide will take us off the usual tourist routes to help us discover the most authentic side of Puglia, a fertile land where the sun beats down and fills the fruits of its trees with life and colour. We will wander among centuries-old olive groves and farms, listening to the interesting stories and traditions of the local inhabitants.
The route will be mainly unpaved but without any particular technical difficulties, so it is suitable for anyone with a B licence.
Once back at the starting point, we will enjoy a tasting at a masseria with cold cuts and cheese, focaccia and wine.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of an easy level and is suitable for everyone with the only requirement to have a B licence.
The minimum age for the passenger is 10 years.
The maximum weight limit per quad is 130 kg.
Other information
The activity can be carried out from March to October, subject to weather conditions and guide availability.
The centre has 7 quads for a total of 14 participants. Driver and passenger can swap driving during the tour.
