Discover Equi Terme and its surroundings by hiring a state-of-the-art e-bike.
Explore the surroundings of Equi Terme and the Parco delle Grotte to your heart's content, pedalling along paved secondary roads with little traffic, through olive groves and small villages. Reach the suggestive Roman parish church effortlessly and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Apuan Alps.
Thanks to your e-bike, you will enjoy a unique adventure, with the advantage of not tiring yourself out!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time chosen during the booking process at the e-bike centre in Equi Terme (MS).
After receiving a warm welcome and signing the rental contract, you will be given a shock-absorbed electric bike with a 750 Wh Bosch motor and 500 Wh battery. The autonomy may vary, but on average it is about 40 km.
On the saddle of your bike, you can explore the Parco delle Grotte, admire nature and make a stop at the Roman parish church, enjoying spectacular views. Thanks to the electric motor that assists your pedalling, you can enjoy the pleasure of exploring the area without fatigue.
Depending on the option chosen when booking, you will return the e-bike to the starting point after half a day or a full day.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone. There are no age limits, but to be able to ride the e-bike you must beat least 140 cm tall.
Also required is being able to ride a bike and not weighing more than 120 kg.
Other information
The activity is available from April to October, subject to the availability of e-bikes. With the exception of July and August, the e-bike centre will only be open in the mornings and afternoons at weekends, and on weekdays it will not be possible to return bikes in the afternoon. In the summer period, however, it will also be open every day in the afternoon.
Below are the opening times:
- Half-day: 9.30-12.30 - 14.30-17.30
- Full day: 9.30-17.30
Please note: When checking in, you may be asked to pay a deposit of up to €100 (in cash), which will be returned to you immediately when you return your bike.
Child seats (up to 20 kg) are available at an extra charge of 3€. To request these, please contact the organiser on the reference numbers you will receive by e-mail with your booking confirmation. Dog carriages are not available.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
