Discover the Island of Elba by e-bike!
Set off from Lacona on an electric bike and pedal between dirt tracks overlooking the sea, old mines and paths through the Mediterranean maquis.
Thanks to assisted pedalling, the climbs become part of the fun and the wildest coves are no longer 'too far away', but simply your next stop.
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Lacona (LI) . You will be welcomed by the hirer, ready to hand over the e-bike reserved for you.
You will have at your disposal high-end 29" front e-bikes, with 100 mm of front excursion and fourth-generation Shimano Steps or Bosch Performance CX motors, with batteries from 500Wh to 750Wh: excellent autonomy and smooth thrust even on the most demanding stretches.
The staff will give you advice on where to go according to your time and level. You will be able to download GPS tracks independently and choose from several routes: one of the most popular is the one to the Mines, with panoramic dirt tracks and views that alternate between the red of the land and the blue of the sea.
Once you are in the saddle, you will be free to explore at your own pace: routes on dirt roads or transfers to more secluded beaches away from the traffic. You will finally return to the meeting point.
The rental will last 5 hours (half day) or 10 hours (full day) depending on the option selected at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The hirer must be at least 18 years old; any minors must be accompanied by an adult on site to sign the hire contract.
A minimum height of 145 cm is required to participate.
The available e-bikes are sorted by size:
- Size S: from 1. 45 m to 1. 68 m;
- Size M: 1. 69 m to 1. 75 m;
- Size L: 1. 75 m to 1. 90 m;
Larger bikes, suitable for people up to about 2 metres tall, are also available. If you are taller than 1. 90 m, please let the guide know using the references in your booking confirmation e-mail so that the most suitable bike can be prepared.
Other information
Rental is available daily from March to October.
No child seats or baby carriages are available.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
