What we will do
Join us in Palermo and pick up your e-bike from 9:00 am. After a brief introduction and some advice on how best to use the e-bike, you will be given the electric bike that suits you best.
The advantage of hiring an e-bike is the freedom to explore the city at your own pace, without worrying about getting too tired. Pedal assistance will ensure a relaxing experience.
And if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, why not head for the beautiful Mondello beach? Your e-bike will allow you to reach your destination effortlessly, allowing you to discover unique landscapes along the way.
At the end of the rental period(4 or 8 hours to be chosen at the time of purchase), the e-bike must be returned to the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. To ride the e-bike you must be at least 10 years old.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Other information
The e-bike centre is open all year round, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until 6.30 p.m.
To transport children up to 15 kg, it is possible to request a child seat at an extra charge (5€). Please request this from the guide by contacting her at the contact details you will find in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Important: you will be asked for a deposit of €500 for the rental contract, which will be returned to you immediately upon return.
Dog carts are not available.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Policy di cancellazione section.
