What we will do
The appointment will take place in San Mauro Torinese (TO), at the time selected during the booking process.
You will be welcomed by the hire staff, who will explain how thee-bike works, how to turn it on and off, how to adjust its speed, and how to manage the gears. The briefing will last 5 minutes. If you already have experience with an e-bike, you will be ready to go!
From the rental, located close to the Po, you will be able to take numerous routes through nature and history, from the river park to the town of San Mauro and the centre of Turin. If you want to try your hand at a more challenging venture, you can venture into the hills near Superga, the site of the tragic plane crash of the Grande Torino and currently home to one of the most beautiful panoramic terraces over the Savoy capital.
In the saddle of your e-bike, you can enjoy the enormous variety of landscapes offered by the area: the city, small villages, the crossroads between the Po, the Dora and the Stura rivers, the Susa Valley and the Lanzo Valley are just some of the beauties you will encounter during your ride!
The rental will last either 4 or 9 hours, depending on the option selected at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, from aminimum height of 140 cm for e-bikes of size M. Child seats and trolleys are available for children (see specifications under 'Other information').
The presence of an adult to sign the rental contract is required.
Minors may participate accompanied by a responsible adult or by presenting a signed release form.
Other information
Rental is available all year round, except Mondays and Sundays.
E-bikes will be of the full or front type, available in size M and L.
Some optional extras are available to be paid on site by card or cash:
- 2-seater baby trolley €15.00 per day
- Child seat: €7.00 per day
- Protective helmet: €5.00 per rental
- High-visibility light kit: €4.00 per day
- Anti-theft chain: €4.00 per rental
- Insurance (Coverage for damages caused by the customer up to €300.00): 15€ per rental
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
