If you are a bike enthusiast or simply wish to explore Genoa and its surroundings in a free and unhurried manner, e-bike hire is for you.
Choose whether to rent the bike for half a day or a full day. Plan your itinerary: you can pedal along cycle paths or venture along wooded trails and scenic stretches.
Pick up your electric bike at the e-bike centre and start your adventure!
What we will do
Join us in Genoa and pick up your e-bike from 9 a.m. (or 2 p.m. in the afternoon). Here we will deliver the most suitable electric bike for you.
Depending on the itinerary you have in mind and your needs, we will advise you on the best e-bike between E-city bikes, which are reliable and easy to handle, ideal for riding in the city, and E-mountain bikes, which are suspension bikes ideal for riding on dirt tracks and mountain roads.
Renting an electric bike will allow you to explore the area in a new and sustainable way, and the assisted pedalling will help you on the more challenging stretches.
At the end of the rental period(4 or 8 hours as chosen at the time of purchase), the e-bike must be returned to the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone. Aminimum height of 150 cm is required to ride the e-bike independently.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Other information
Rental is available all year round. You can collect and return your e-bike during the opening hours of the e-bike centre: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
To transport children up to 25 kg, you can request a child seat at an extra charge (5€ for a half day and 10€ for a full day). Request this from the guide by contacting her at the contact details you will find in your booking confirmation e-mail. The trolley for four-legged friends is not available.
The helmet is not included and is compulsory up to 14 years of age. You can request it at the centre at an extra charge of €5 for a half-day and €10 for a full day.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 0 days from the activity start date. Within 0 and 0 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
