Yes, we are talking to you: rent a 40 hp boat in Cagliari and sail without a licence among the most beautiful beaches on the eastern side of the Golfo degli Angeli.
You can choose between a half-day or full-day charter, depending on the itinerary you plan!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cagliari (CA). You will be welcomed by the charterer for the delivery of the boat reserved for you.
The boat is a semi-cabin motorboat 6.40 m long with a 40 hp engine, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people on board. It is equipped with a cabin, washbasin, foldaway table, freshwater shower, awning, cooler and cushions.
Before delivery, a skipper will give a briefing ashore about the operation of the boat, after which you will board together for a second part of the briefing at sea, during which you will try to drive the boat.
Once you are familiar with the boat, you will welcome your crew on board and take them with you to discover the Gulf of Cagliari: from the Poetto Beach, you will sail around the Sella del Diavolo (Devil's Saddle), venture to the gates of the Grotta dei Colombi (Pigeon Cave), and dive into the waters of Cala Bernat and Cala Fighera. All, of course, at your own pace and following your own personal itinerary!
At the end of the rental you will return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 3 hours (half day) or 8 hours (full day) depending on the option selected at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The charterer and driver must be at least 18 years old; this boat may be chartered without a licence. There is no age limit for passengers .
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board: please contact the charterer at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report your presence and request boarding support.
Other information
Rental is available from April to November.
There is a deposit of €700.00 to be paid on site by cash and/or debit or credit card.
Fuel is not included and will be paid on return to port according to consumption with cash and/or debit or credit card.
Small/medium sized dogs are allowed on board for which an additional fee of €20.00 is required: contact the charterer at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request to bring your four-legged friend on board.
The additional skipper service is available from €50.00: contact the charterer at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request this service.
There is free and/or paid parking in the vicinity of the meeting point. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
