What is true wealth in this day and age? Being able to enjoy the simple things, without rushing, just like in the old days.
For a ‘return to our roots’, we’ve put together an experience just for you, where all you’ll need is a Vespa, unlimited kilometres and a picnic in the vineyard to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
You’ll be able to spend a whole day (re) discovering the luxury of simplicity!
What we will do
The meeting point is from 10. 00 onwards at the collection point in Guarene (CN). On arrival, you’ll find the rental company ready to hand over the Vespa reserved for you. After a briefing on how to use the scooter and a short test ride, you’ll be ready to set off!
You’ll be able to ride with no mileage restrictions along a route of your choice. From the historic villages of the Roero, you can whizz through the vineyards of the Langhe and the hills of Monferrato, stopping off at the numerous ‘Giant Benches’ dotted throughout Piedmont.
As well as stops to take in the views, the trip also includes a food and wine stop at a local farm. Here, you’ll be welcomed to a picnic set up right in the vineyard, featuring a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, a cold Piedmontese starter, water, wine and dessert.
You must return to the starting point by 6. 00 pm.
Who it is aimed at
The rider must be at least 18 years old, hold a Category B driving licence and have previous experience of riding a scooter or motorbike.
The passenger must be at least 12 years old ( or be able to reach the ground with their feet whilst on the vehicle) .
Other information
Rental is available every day from April to November.
The organiser has 125cc Vespas with manual gearboxes or automatic Vespa scooters available, each capable of carrying 1 rider and 1 passenger. The choice of vehicle will be agreed with the renter based on their ability and availability at the time of booking.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
