Rent an e-bike for half a day and set out to discover the Monferrato!
Follow a route on tarmac roads with little traffic that will take you first to visit an authentic 'Infernot' wine cellar, a UNESCO heritage site, and then through the vineyards for a delicious picnic prepared especially for you by a farm.
What we will do
The appointment is at the time chosen when booking at the e-bike centre in Casale Monferrato (AL). Here you will be welcomed by the guide who will prepare the bikes and provide you with all the necessary information on theitinerary.
On the saddle of your bike, you will be able to explore the landscapes of the Monferrato without fatigue, thanks to the assisted pedalling.
After about 1½ hours and 25 km, you will reach theCoppo Giovanni farm, where you will collect your picnic basket prepared with local products. You will stop to eat among the vines, in the shade, immersed in the silence of the countryside.
After your break, you will set off by bike to reach Cella Monte, one of the most beautiful villages in the Monferrato region, where you will visit an authentic 'Infernot' wine cellar, dug into the tuff and once used to store wine and food. A fascinating and typical place, to be explored on a guided tour of about 20-30 minutes.
Finally, you will return towards Casale Monferrato following the indicated route to return your e-bike. The whole experience takes about 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone. There are no age limits, but aminimum height of 160 cm is required to ride the e-bike.

The activity is available all year round, from 9 a.m. onwards.
No child seats or dog cartsare available at the facility.
The picnic menu includes Friciulin, from the Pastificio Zanardi (Occimiano), Salame cacciatorino from La Bottega Nuova (Cella Monte), home-made raw dog meat (Cella Monte), Robiola di Capra from L'Azienda agricola Casa Costa (Murisengo), Confettura from Mongetto Società Cooperativa (Vignale), cake from Pastry Marta (Cella Monte), bread and a bottle of wine.
