Do you dream of learning to ride or do you want to give your children a unique experience?
With this one-hour riding lesson in the heart of Umbria, 15 km from Perugia, you can become familiar with horses and learn the basic commands. It will be the right opportunity to be in contact with nature and learn something really special.
Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you will be able to test yourself in the riding school's sand field. You'll be immersed in an enchanting setting in the green hills of Umbria. Come on, jump in the saddle!
What we will do
The appointment is at our riding school near Perugia, at the time chosen when booking. Here we will meet theinstructor, who will guide us in our approach lesson to these splendid animals.
We will begin by preparing the horse and saddling it with English riding. We will saddle the horses to become familiar with the animal and learn their position and trim, thus acquiring balance and confidence. Sweet shetland ponies will be used for the children.
We will then have a short theory lesson on basic commands and safety concepts. We will walk in the riding school's sand field to refine our technique, accompanied by the instructor.
Surrounded by the beautiful Umbrian hills, among vineyards and medieval villages, we will have the chance to enjoy a unique experience and get close to these majestic animals. And, who knows, next time we will be ready to go out for a walk and immerse ourselves even more in the landscape.
The experience will last a total of 1 hour.

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 4 and is ideal as a first horse riding experience.

The lesson is available all year round, every day, weather permitting. The riding school does not have an indoor arena.
