Have you ever seen the meeting of two seas with your own eyes? If you join us on this dinghy trip to Capo Passero, you’ll finally be able to witness this natural spectacle!
Before reaching our final destination, however, a truly spectacular itinerary awaits you: you’ll pass through the Vendicari Nature Reserve, take a dip in the waters of Calamosche and admire the picturesque village of Marzamemi.
All this in four and a half hours, including a delicious aperitif on board!
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Avola (SR). The skipper will be there to welcome us and take us on our rubber dinghy trip.
Once we’ve set sail, the beaches of Eloro and Marianelli will pass before our eyes. We’ll then continue on to the stunning beach at Calamosche, where we’ll make our first swimming stop of the day.
Afterwards, we’ll sail into the heart of the Vendicari Nature Reserve, where we’ll stop again to explore the area’s rich seabed and go snorkelling using the equipment provided on board (mask and snorkel) .
The route will then continue towards the ancient fishing village of Marzamemi, famous for its historic tuna trap, before reaching the island of Capo Passero, the extreme south-eastern tip of Sicily and the point where the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea meet !
Finally, we’ll turn back towards the port of departure. On the return journey, we’ll relax on board with a delicious aperitif made with typical local produce and a glass of prosecco to toast together.
The trip will last approximately 4½ hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions; those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children up to the age of 2 can take part free of charge: please contact the skipper using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know they will be joining you.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board.

The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed provided there is a minimum of 6 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is a Premium BSC 750 inflatable, equipped with spacious sun decks, an awning and a boarding ladder.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
