Don’t just stand there watching: hoist the sails and set off on an adventure yourself!
On this sailing tour in Arbatax, you can relax on board whilst a skipper takes you on a journey of discovery across Sardinia’s magnificent seas. If you like, you can even help steer the boat and take the helm! What’s more, you’ll get to enjoy a swim in crystal-clear waters and savour a delicious aperitif.

What we will do
We’ll meet at the time indicated at the meeting point in Arbatax (NU). The skipper who will be taking us on our trip will be waiting for us there.
Once we’ve boarded an 8. 30-metre cabin sailing yacht, we’ll cast off to explore Sardinia’s magnificent coastline. The real aim of the day will be to sail: we’ll switch off the engine and let ourselves be lulled solely by the sound of the water and the force of the breeze. If we wish, we can even help the skipper hoist the sails, feeling like part of the crew.
Our exact destination will depend on Aeolus himself: if the wind is favourable, we’ll set course for the enchanting Isolotto d’Ogliastra; otherwise, we’ll head towards the imposing Pedra Longa sea stack. In either case, we’ll drop anchor to treat ourselves to a lovely, refreshing dip. Should the waves offshore make this impossible, we’ll stop off in front of Arbatax beach, which is more sheltered.
Whilst at anchor, or once we’ve returned to the tranquillity of the harbour, we’ll be served a delicious aperitif (included) . We’ll toast with white wine, prosecco or soft drinks, whilst enjoying tasty nibbles such as local cheeses, taralli and crisps.
Finally, we’ll turn back to return to the starting point.
The trip will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for children aged 6 and over; those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This experience is not accessible to wheelchair users and/or people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The activity runs from June to September and will be confirmed once a minimum of two participants has been reached.
The vessel used is a cabin sailing boat, 8. 30 m in length and equipped with an awning, boarding ladder, toilet facilities and cushions.

Dogs are not permitted on board.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
