Full description
Sail with a skipper off the coast of Nettuno!
Climb aboard a sailboat and set sail to discover the Roman coastline: during the sailing trip, you will learn the basic techniques of sailing and be able to apply them while actively participating in life on board.
And finally, toast with your 'crew' to this 3-hour experience with an aperitif!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Nettuno (RM). We will be welcomed by the skipper who will welcome us on board and accompany us on this sailing experience!
Once all participants are on board, we will cast off and sail off the Roman coastline towards Torre Astura. Once we find the 'perfect' wind, we will start sailing! In the meantime, the skipper will explain the basics of sailing and we will be able to actively participate in life on board, as part of a real crew: we will be able to help adjust the sails and even try to steer the boat!
We will also be served an aperitif of assorted snacks such as pizzas and rustics accompanied by an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. In October alone, chestnuts will be surprisingly cooked on board!
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 6 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The activity is available from March to May and in October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theboat is a sailboat; the organiser has several sailboats that he uses according to availability. On board the boat you remain barefoot, no shoes are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on board.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
