Full description
Love at first sight: this is what you will feel when you face the islands of Tavolara and Molara, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda.
If you feel like falling in love, our skipper is waiting for you in Porto San Paolo to take you on a sailing tour in the Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo Protected Area, during which you will land on white beaches surrounded by Mediterranean maquis such as Porto Istana, Cala Girgolu or the Three Sisters Beach, depending on where the wind blows.
And between dips, there will be anaperitif and a seafood lunch on board to make the day simply perfect!
What we will do
The appointment is at 09:30 at the meeting point in Porto San Paolo (SS). Welcoming us on board will be the skipper ready to take us on this sailing tour in the Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area!
Once all participants have gathered, we will set sail from the small harbour in the direction of Tavolara and Molara, located right in front of us. We will first sail to the Piscine di Molara (Molara Pools), where we will stop to enjoy awelcome drink and take our first dive of the day.
Afterwards, we will move on to Tavolara, the imposing granite island that is home to the world's smallest kingdom, as well as pristine beaches and rich Mediterranean scrub. Here we will stop for lunch on board: the skipper will cook a fish dish for us, followed by fresh fruit, typical Sardinian sweets accompanied by wine, beer, water and coffee. Of course, myrtle will not be missing to toast this Sardinian excursion!
During the tour there will be some swimming stops at the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda such as: Porto Istana, Cala Gargiolu and the Three Sisters of Capo Ceraso, chosen by the skipper depending on the weather and sea conditions of the day. During the stops we will be able to snorkel with the equipment on board, with the possibility of reaching the beaches by swimming or in a tender.
We will finally return to the meeting point and, if we are lucky, during the return crossing we may even be able to spot the dolphins that inhabit these waters!
The excursion will take between 7 and 8 hours in total, depending on the wind.

The activity is suitable for everyone without age limits.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report your presence and request boarding support.

The excursion takes place from June to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 6 participants.

Theboat is a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 52.2 sailing boat 16 m long and 5 m wide equipped with 3 cabins, toilet, fresh water shower, stereo system, tender with outboard motor.
Barefoot on board. Dogs are not allowed on board.
There is parking on site for a fee. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.
It is possible to request lunch menu variations without fish or for vegetarians: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request these. In case of food allergies and/or intolerances , it is recommended to bring a packed lunch.
