Enjoy a day on a sailing boat discovering the Porto Conte Regional Park and the Capo Caccia Marine Protected Area.
Departing from Alghero , you will reach points in the sea with spectacular views of unspoilt landscapes where you can dive for a swim and snorkel in the marvellous waters of the Coral Riviera.
The sailboat that will accompany you on this experience is equipped with all the comforts that will allow you to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy a delicious lunch offered by the skipper.
What we will do
We will depart from the port of Alghero at 10: 00 heading towards the Porto Conte Regional Park and the Capo Caccia Marine Protected Area.
We will sail along the coast to admire the cliffs and all their imposing beauty. We will see the shades of the sea change from deep blue to turquoise and we will not be able to resist the temptation to dive in. After about 50 minutes, we will make our first stop to enjoy a swim at Capo Galera, a rocky cliff that forms the southern end of the Capo Caccia Protected Marine Area. While we swim in the cool waters of the clear, transparent sea, a tasty aperitif of seafood and vegetable snacks accompanied by a glass of prosecco and soft drinks will be prepared for us on the boat.
Upon reaching Cala Dragunara we will make a longer stop where we can dive again. Wearing our snorkelling mask we will also be able to observe marine life such as corals and schools of fish. Those who wish can also borrow SUP boards or floating tubes on which to relax in the middle of the sea.
Once back on board, we will enjoy a delicious lunch of local products, consisting of a starter, main course, fruit, coffee and digestif, as well as wine, soft drinks (during lunch) and water (during the day) .
During the afternoon we will sail back along the coast to continue visiting the marine protected area. In the meantime, we will enjoy the rocking of the waves on board and relax, letting the wind caress us. We will have the chance to take one last swim before returning to Alghero.
We will return to the port between approximately 17: 00 and 17: 30. The sailing excursion will last approximately 7. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is for everyone, but it is necessary to be able to move independently to get on and off the boat. The minimum age for boarding is 3 years.
Other information
The activity takes place every day from May to October, and is confirmed when there are at least 4 participants.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you can communicate your dietary requirements to the contacts provided. The skipper will also tell you the best place to park your car to reach the port.
The boat that will accompany you on the excursion is a 10 m long and 3. 30 m wide sailboat . Inside there is a toilet room and a freshwater shower. Small dogs are not allowed.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
