Get ready to feel the wind in your hands!
A private sailing lesson with an experienced instructor awaits you in the Gulf of Arzachena. You can choose between 1, 2 or 3-hour sessions, immersing yourself in the world of sailing in front of theMaddalena Archipelago.
Thanks to a light and fast dinghy, you will experience the thrill of sport sailing, for an experience of sea and wind!
What we will do
The appointment will be 15 minutes before the chosen time at the Isuledda resort in Arzachena (SS).
Here you will meet your instructor, who will guide you step by step in preparing the boat: you will get on the dinghy, rig it, and learn the basics of sailing before leaving port.
Once at sea, you will begin to get familiar with the boat, learning how to maintain your balance by using your body weight. If you have chosen the 2 or 3-hour session, you can try your hand at the helm and try your first manoeuvres, always under the careful guidance of the instructor.
You will sail in the beautiful waters off theMaddalena Archipelago, one of the most beautiful places in the world to practice sailing. The instructor will also provide you with theoretical notions on the names of boat parts, sails, and knots, which are fundamental for every sailor.
At the end of the lesson you will return to the dock, learn how to reduce the sail and have a short debriefing of the activity with the instructor.
The activity will last 1, 2 or 3 hours, your choice when booking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 6 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at the meeting point, but can do the activity on their own.
Good mobility and a minimum of water skills are required to participate.
Other information
The activity takes place from June to October, privately for a maximum of three participants.
Lessons take place on 4.5-metre to 5.2-metre dinghies, Caravels and Laser 16s.
When booking, you can choose between a 1-hour, 2-hour or 3-hour lesson, to be held over the course of a single day.
Showers and toilets are available at the meeting point and any personal belongings can be left in the care of the staff.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; parking is available on site for a fee.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
