Did you know that in southern Sardinia there is an island where an ancient Ligurian dialect is still spoken? Let's set sail and discover it!
Join this sailing excursion from Calasetta to discover the historic tuna fisheries of Sant'Antioco and Carloforte. A full-day experience, enriched by a delicious lunch and typical aperitif!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 15 minutes before the indicated time in Calasetta (SU) . The crew consisting of Filippo and Michela will welcome us on board the sailing boat Blu Limone.
Having completed the boarding of the passengers, we will set sail towards the west coast of Sant'Antioco. We will admire the cliffs and small wild inlets, stopping for a first swim in the clear waters of the area.
We will continue sailing towards the historic Tonnara di Sant'Antioco. Here we will stop for about 1 hour to swim, snorkel with the kits on board, and enjoy a Sardinian aperitif of cold meats, cheeses, and carasau bread.
We will then cross the channel towards San Pietro Island, skirting white cliffs to the Tonnara di Carloforte. Here we will stop for about 2 hours for another swim and enjoy a lunch of pasta made with local products, typical sweets, Vermentino wine and myrtle.
We will use the time to relax on deck, enjoy the sailing and try out the SUP, before returning to the departure pier. The activity will last about 7 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible or for persons with mobility disabilities.

The excursion takes place from June to September.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is a Bavaria 50 model sailing boat called Blu Limone, 15 metres long and equipped with a sunbathing area, shaded areas and toilets. On board you will also find SUPs, masks and snorkels for snorkelling, drone and GoPro. It is preferable to go barefoot on board.
It is not possible to guarantee alternatives for people with coeliac disease, allergies or food intolerances; in these cases it is recommended to bring your own packed lunch.
Dogs are not allowed.
The meeting point can also be reached by public transport; free and paid parking spaces are available in the area.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
