There’s much more to do in Scopello than just go to the beach!
Discover this stunning corner of Sicily on a guided e-bike tour, which will take you to panoramic viewpoints, ancient granaries and artisan workshops.
A 4-hour excursion for those who are (understandably) tired of spending all their time in the water!
What we will do
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure in Scopello (TP). The exact meeting point will be communicated by the guide before the activity begins.
We’ll begin the experience with a technical briefing led by the MTB instructor-guide. Once we’re all ready on our full-suspension e-bikes and wearing our helmets, we’ll set off on a 25 km loop, almost entirely on tarmac roads.
Our first stop will be the stunning Bay of Scopello, followed by the famous Tonnara, where the rock meets the crystal-clear sea.
From here, we’ll climb towards the Scopello mountains, cycling through olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. We’ll reach the oldest Arab granary in Italy, a mysterious site carved into the rock, and stop at an ancient castle in the area.
During this scenic route, we’ll stop at a local workshop to watch the preparation of traditional ‘cassatelle’ and enjoy a complimentary tasting of this traditional sweet treat.
Finally, we’ll descend back down to the valley towards the starting point. The activity will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is aimed at participants aged 16 and over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Other information
The activity runs all year round and is confirmed provided there are at least two participants.
Child seats are available for children up to 7–8 years old for an additional charge of €30, payable on site. Dog trolleys are not available.
The meeting point offers free parking and can be reached by public transport from Castellammare del Golfo.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
