Dive under water like a real diver and discover what is hidden on the seabed thanks to a Scuba Diving experience, a real 'baptism of the sea' in the waters of Agropoli.
You will make theguided dive together with an expert instructor who will follow your every move and teach you the basics of scuba diving. All equipment is included, you just need to get ready to go!
What we will do
The meeting is at the diving centre in Contrada Torre Mangone in Agropoli (SA). After meeting the instructor who will guide you through the experience and after loading all your equipment onto the van, you will set off for the port of Agropoli, where there will be a boat waiting for you.
In about 10 minutes you will reach San Francesco, where scuba diving for beginners takes place. Before diving, of course, you will have a theoretical briefing to learn how to best manage your time underwater, not forgetting that the instructor will always be with you to guide you in your first steps as a diver.
Wearing a wetsuit, mask, tank and fins, you will dive into the sea with the instructor and reach a depth of between 5 and 12 metres, just enough to experience the thrill of breathing underwater and admire the seabed and sea creatures.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours, including 30 minutes of theory, 10 minutes of dive preparation, and 20 minutes of diving.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is open to everyone from the age of 12. No previous experience or certification is required, you just need to know how to swim. The activity is also open to people with disabilities.

This activity can be carried out all year round, weather permitting.
The participation fee includesfull equipment.
The boat used for the activity is a 10-metre long cabin cruiser, equipped with a kitchen, toilet, equipment rinsing area and all amenities.
It is strongly discouraged to dive 24 hours before an aeroplane flight, as, due to the lower atmospheric pressure on board the plane, nitrogen, which may have remained in the body, may form bubbles inside the tissues that can obstruct the flow of blood.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
