Is there a more iconic pairing than sport and wine tasting? Probably not.
Imagine leaving the chaos of Verona behind you and finding yourself, after just a few kilometres, immersed in the silence of Italy's finest vineyards.
The e-bike takes you everywhere, but it is the wine tasting in the winery that really gets you going: a sensory journey through 4 wines of excellence to discover the noble heart of Amarone right where it is born.
What we will do
The appointment is at 10 a. m. at the meeting point in Verona (VR). Here you will collect your e-bike and receive all the necessary equipment, including helmet, lock and mobile phone holder. After downloading the dedicated app, you can set off: the technology will guide you step by step along the route, making navigation easy and intuitive.
You will leave the city centre behind you and head towards Valpolicella Classica. You will pedal along city streets and country paths, tackling a difference in altitude of about 400 m without any effort. You will cross scenic forests and meadows, discovering the secrets of local wine production as you explore areas less travelled by mass tourism.
Around 14: 00/14: 30, you will reach a local winery for a stop-off. You will visit the vineyards and the production area, discovering how the area's finest wines are made. You will then sit down for a tasting of 4 glasses of Valpolicella, including the renowned Amarone, accompanied by a platter of local cold meats and cheeses.
After enjoying the peace of the countryside, you will set off on your return journey following the app's directions. You will have plenty of time to take incredible photos or stop off at the medieval villages you encounter along the way, managing your time in total freedom.
Return to the starting point at around 5 p. m., after a total of about 7 hours of hiking (including a stop at a winery and wine tasting) .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of an easy level. To ride e-bikes you must be at least 150 cm tall and know how to ride a bicycle.
The wine tasting is for adults only. Minors must be accompanied by a participating adult; they will be served a fruit juice or soft drink, subject to availability.
Other information
The tour is available all year round.
Child seats (up to 25 kg) are available on request at an extra cost of €5 to be paid on site on the day of the activity; trolleys for transporting children or animals are not available.
Dogs are not allowed on this excursion.
There is an unattended public car park on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
