Need a breath of fresh air?
Join our sensory walk in Foligno: in the company of a guide, venture into the Perugia countryside in search of a connection with nature. Along the way, you will practise conscious breathing exercises and moving meditation.
A 2-hour experience to regenerate mind and body!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Foligno (PG). On site we will meet the guide, Dance Movement Therapist, who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and after an initial presentation, we will begin our sensory nature walk: we will walk through the surrounding countryside, practising conscious breathing exercises and meditation in movement, connecting with the natural elements. Along the way, we will also learn about the plants that flourish in the area and their properties.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience lasts about 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
The experience is not accessible to people with motor disabilities.
The experience is of an easy level: the walking route is not demanding and the movements practised are simple.

The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
