Join our sensory walk in Foligno: in the company of a guide, you will venture into the Perugia countryside in search of a connection with the natural elements. Along the way, you will practise conscious breathing exercises and moving meditation.
A 2-hour experience, enriched by lunch with friends!
What we will do
The appointment is at 10. 30 a. m. at the meeting point in Foligno (PG). On site, we will meet the guide, Dance Movement Therapist, who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and after an initial introduction, we will begin our sensory nature walk: we will walk through the surrounding countryside, practising conscious breathing exercises and meditation in movement, connecting with the natural elements. Along the way we will also learn about the plants that flourish in the area and their properties. The sensory walk lasts about two hours.
We will then return to the meeting point for lunch: the menu includes mixed starters, a first course, dessert and coffee; all accompanied by water, wine and digestif. Lunch will be served in the garden, in the shade of a scenic oak tree.
The experience lasts a total of about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
The experience is not accessible to people with motor disabilities.
The experience is of an easy level: the walking route is not demanding and the movements practised are simple.

The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

Dogs are not allowed.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
