Maybe you can't walk on water... but have you ever tried cycling on it ?
Get ready for an unusual shuttle-bike experience on Lake Orta, in Omegna. Halfway between a bike and a small pedalo, this original floating bike will allow you to admire the lake from a unique perspective!
In the basket of your shuttle-bike you will find everything you need for a lake-view breakfast or an aperitif, depending on the time you choose. Saddle up!
What we will do
The appointment is at the indicated time at the meeting point in Omegna (VB).
The staff will give you your shuttle-bike and a basket with breakfast or aperitif, depending on the time slot you have chosen. After a short briefing on how the water bike works, you will be ready to go.
Shuttle-bikes are stable and easy to manoeuvre: propulsion is provided by pedalling, which moves a propeller placed under the bike. Just pedal like you would on a normal bike... but on water!
You can freely explore the stretch of lake in front of the colourful village of Omegna, pedal along the shore to discover hidden views, or stop in the middle of the lake to enjoy your snack. If you have chosen the morning slot, you will find brioche, juice or water; if, on the other hand, you prefer the afternoon, beer or soft drink will be waiting for you, with aperitif snacks such as focaccia and cheese.
At the end of the rental, you will return the shuttle-bike to the starting point. The activity will last a total of 45 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 10. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The vehicle is not accessible to persons with mobility problems.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
