OK, you can ski. But have you ever tried ski touring?
In Andalo, in the province of Trento, you can experience new emotions with a fun and challenging winter activity! You will climb the snowy slopes of the Paganella thanks to the skins under your skis and with the help of a guide. Moreover, you will learn some curiosities about snow and self-rescue in the mountains!

What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Andalo (TN). We will be welcomed by the mountain guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
After gathering, we will take the Paganella ski lift to reach the activity location in about 20 minutes. Once there, we will have a short briefing on the use of the equipment (not included) and learn some new and important notions of snow and self-rescue.
Then we will put the skins under our skis and understand how to use them to ascend the snowy slope thanks to the guide's explanations. The activity will be fun and challenging and will allow us to experience the mountain from a different perspective than skiing. Once at the top, we will enjoy the descent and the surrounding panorama as we ski down the valley.
Finally, we will return to our starting point, satisfied and happy to have abandoned our routine for a few hours!
The activity will last about 4 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from the age of 16. Children under the age of 18 can only participate if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Previous ski touring experience is not required, but participants must be able to tackle at least the red slopes with agility. Good preparation in descending slopes with any degree of gradient and good ski control in case of bends or arches is required.
Other information
The experience takes place from December to February, on Mondays and Wednesdays, and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 participants.
Attention! The ski-mountaineering equipment is not included in the fee and will have to be hired for an extra charge of 50 euros on site. Please contact the organisers via the contact details in your booking confirmation e-mail to inform them of your gender, height, weight, shoe size and head circumference.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Dogs are not allowed.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
