Looking for Nemo? Almost, here we go in search of Noli's Nemo's Garden!
Although you won't actually have to look for it, but just follow our snorkelling guide who, fin after fin, will take you right over this unique underwater garden.
A2-hour experience in total, in which you will discover the species that inhabit theBergeggi Marine Protected Area and an innovative method of underwater cultivation!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Noli (SV), where the environmental guide will be waiting for us.
We will begin with an introductory lesson in marine biology, during which we will collect some samples on the beach, observe them under the microscope , and discover together the species that populate theProtected Marine Area of Bergeggi Island.
We will then don mask, snorkel and fins to begin guided snorkelling! We will swim along the reef and then head out to sea (about 40 to 60 metres from the shore) until we reach a Posidonia oceanica prairie, a fundamental habitat for the balance of the marine ecosystem.
The heart of the experience will be a visit to Nemo's Garden, the world's first underwater greenhouse for the sustainable cultivation of aromatic plants and vegetables. We will take a close look at the underwater biospheres and the marine fauna that gravitate around the project.
Throughout the tour we will be in the company of our guide, who will swim with us and tell us interesting facts and details about the marine environment.
The snorkelling tour will last about 1 hour and at its end we will return to the beach for a short debriefing and discussion moment: we will identify together the species observed and share the emotions of the experience.
The activity will last about 2 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit; the only requirement is to be able to swim.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during the activity.
The 'with equipment' option is not available for children, so we recommend that they bring their own equipment.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 7 participants.
Changing rooms, toilets and showers are available at the meeting point at a cost of €7.00 per person to be paid on site.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point , where there is a restaurant-bar and an equipped beach.
There is free and/or paid parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
